We've had a lot of problems with the original lasercommunity.com forum, and have upgraded to this new software. Welcome to the new forum and have a great stay. Please post any comments or suggestions about using the new software.

Interesting that you have time to work on the forum but not to answer your customers' e-mails.

Exactly!! I agree, Steve why dont you start giving the customers the true story and jkust tell them that you got overwhelmed and couldnt ship all of them out! Instead of lying to everyone or even worse not responding at all!!
