I am on the phones Monday through Friday 5PM to 7PM EST.
If the call load is not back to back I work here on the forum, over at Facebook and the emails both places generates for me. Plus the chat line and all the support tickets and voice mails I get each day. It takes awhile to contact everybody back.
If I do not get back to you in 12 hours, it does not mean that I am ignoring you. It just means that I have a boat load of other customers in front of you that I am helping at the moment.
Most of you are kind and understanding people and I thank you VERY MUCH for being so.
The best way to contact me, email support@wickedlasers.com and fill out a support ticket with "ATTN JOE N." in the subject/question top line in capital letters.
You must put in "ATTN JOE N." in the subject/question top line in capital letters or I will not receive your request!
Please supply me with your merchant cart order ID number and the exact name on the order or the question that you have.
