I'm sure that you'll get it.

I don't think I've seen anyone here yet complain that one hasn't arrived.

Excepting the shipping delays with the Spyder IIs of course.
But they're now shipping.

oh sorry for that repetition. thank you. what is a product report, how is it certified, and how do they know if it does not comply with the standards?

Lol, once again you repeated a question =P

The standards are in my post that I showed you.
Look for a link, you'll find it ;)

As for the rest of the questions:
http://google.com

It really helps, trust me!

Bijaker1, it really helps if you read the whole thread before asking a question. Maybe it's been answered already? Well, in this case it has, infact, I answered it myself ;):

sure, the site is http://www.luckyduck..._scam_alert.php and in there there is a link to the fda's report... =0(

Well that .gov links says:

PROBLEM: Fails to Meet Performance Standard
Not Certified
Failure to File a Product Report

So that's the only time they can seize a laser..

Also, since you don't live in the USA, it doesn't affect you.
I purchased my Nexus 95mW from China from WickedLasers, and I received it with no problems...Shipping was 3 days!!

LuckyDuck is one of WL's competitors.

They are trying to steal business away from WL because their lasers are not as good as the WL lasers.

There have been other companies trying the same tactic.
It's totally unethical !!!

Personally, I wouldn't buy from a company who need to publicly berate another company in order to steal business.
Buy a product because it is good quality and good value for money.
WL products are good and they are good value for money.
This company are selling weak pointers.
WL don't sell pointers. They sell serious hand-held battery powered lasers.

I wonder if the Lucky Duck lasers have IR filters. It would be interesting to get hold of one to test it out.

My advice... Don't buy from Lucky Duck, the only way they can get business is by trying to damage the trade of another company with sneaky means.

On the phone, you would have to call them at a wierd time to make up for the time zone differance, much to just use the site. Or the wicked store.

My first one was a 5mw leadlight, and wow it was great, then i got my 110mw, and i was wowwed again, then i got a 15mw, which was a great little low powered laser, and it did pop balloons. It was rated <25mw, so I wasnt upgraded. :-( but anywho, it worked great. my video is on youtube, check it out,

Steve will usually get back to you in 2 or 3 days, so dont worry if he doesnt reply. he is also located in china, so the time differences are very great.
