When I turned on I realized it was lower than I expected. Theres no beam, no heat...in other words it doesnt burn anything.
Other problem is the plastic wheel, I have to move it to get it working sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt
Joe N. told me to put an aluminium stick instead of the plastic wheel
so I tried to burn something and nothing i wont burn anything
so what could be the problem?

Heat is technically kinetic energy, but kinetic energy is not heat. You're saying if you touch a moving object (or even touch a very large cold object), you will feel heat.
