It was doing all kinds of stuff i would put the code in then it would power on low strobe then could click once then enter low constant and then as soon as I would try to hit high power it would after maybe a sec shut strait off and all three led indicators would start flashing so then would haft to turn off via button on tail cap and start over again and most off the time it was very difficult to even enter the code three short clicks then two short holds would haft to try it several times and in low power it had a rectangular glare coming off the dot-line. It was really just a lot off hassle hopefully my new rmaed one will be a lot better!!

If it goes as all the other thousands of orders per month. It will be there for about 6 to 10 business days. It is all up to the carrier now.

It will get out eventually, this is normal! BTW Joe, that information is now in the FAQ's. I was like, "every order to the U.S has this happen to it, so why don't we tell customers about it?" and I recommended it. So, hopefully now less customers will be worried!

Well my rmaed laser has been sitting in SC since December 30th they just hold them things there forever wondering if there just going to keep it??Wish i knew if they were id go ahead and see about getting another one shipped

Well im still waiting on my RMAed arctic to get out off SC that crap is really getting annoying i just want my laser!!!Can anyone check better than what i can do with the tracking #??

ordered mine on 30th of dec
got my tracking number on the 7th
tracking said it was in SC on the 5th
Hope it comes out soon ;-)
I thought it comes all at once? unless you ordered a spare battery? I'm not sure but sounds like it would be close behind!

This sounds unusual... unless you had ordered additional batteries. The only time I remember this occurring in the past, was when they were using UPS as their carrier. That didn't turn out so well, and I thought they stopped using them in the US.
I think I remember you mentioning the whole SC delay... so that must be USPS. Did you order additional batteries???
If not, you may want to send an email to support asking about an update on your order.

Tomorrow will mark the 18th day from order and I'm 100% certain my laser will be in. (I live in hawaii and my package has arrived on the island last night) I'm happy.
Took 9 days to get a tracking #
Was in SC for a total of 10 days.
Unfortunately I'm on a different island then where my laser is, I'll have to wait till the 20th till I'm home.
can't wait!

the tracking # still says the same thing so its been there for 18 days counting sundays so those dont count
