Change in E2 orders

I've been waiting my E2 for 2 months now and now you go and change the casing??!! I want my fuc​king E2 just how I ordered it or atleast a <200mW E3 not for all my troubles and waiting, but for the sudden change in the hosts. With a laser delayed almost 2 months from the promised shipping date and shipping date changed 4 times I better get something fuc​king good.

I have not been able to contact support and im confused with my order. I ordered the E2 series on friday for the dame price as the E3 and i still have not received any shipping or other info. Im expecting that i will get the E3 with the <100mW/<200mW since i payed the same price. Please email me or reply to clarify since i hope iw ont have to cancel the payment if i get the E2 when i payed the same price as the E3 a couple days earlier.

Edit: After re-reading i realized the E2 is the same as the E3 and all that's changing is the casing.
So what i will receive is essentially the old E2 with the E3 case, which is the same as the new E3.

I'm still going to be surprised, since it hasnt shipped now, if shipping from china is actually going to make it here by the date you said. Why make this post and not reassure any of us about the schedule? Do you not care about your customers at all?

Maybe you don't realize how massively fed up with the delays we are all getting?

This is how to deal with assholes like these: when you finally receive your stuff do a chargeback claiming it as a fraud. You will get your money back and still keep the lasers. You have more than enough evidence that it is a fraud if your promised 3 day shipping takes 3 months.

So how does this work now that you have the E2 back on the site? Or is this going to become the next excuse we are supposed to believe?

So, do we get our originally ordered E2's now that you've changed the site (and shipping dates) again? After the SIX promised (and unfulfilled) shipping dates, it's getting a tad frustrating out here. I hope you guys notice the attitude changing on the forums - not for the better... Word of mouth is a VERY powerful force - positive or negative. We'd all love to be raving positively about your products. Please allow us to do so! A good start would be to state realistic shipping dates and stick to them, and also to ship the product that we order.
