First off, I wanted to thank all of our customers and long time fans for bearing with us over these last few months.
So far, the situation with the Arctics has been very good, we've shipped out over 90% of customer orders, so this is a huge relief from the before.
This has not only been our most successful product ever, but our highest quality, lowest return rate product ever.
We are still backordered on the rest of the E2 and E3 lasers (and now the Torch). We are anticipating the lasers to start shipping second week of December.
As you might know, we've outgrown our original manufacturer and have setup a new, improved, manufacturing facility outside of Shanghai.
We made a mistake in moving over too quickly on the E2 and E3 models, we should have done one final run so we could have some stock.
We did not anticipate the volume of sales we are getting currently.
The new E2 and E3's are completely remade and will have a harder anodization than the previous Evolution / Elite models.
To those who have purchased the S1 Sonar, E1 Pulsar, E3 Fusion, which are discontinued, your order will be automatically upgraded to the new E3 series.
We will be sending a partial refund for the difference in cost between the discontinued and new models.
We've also revamped our customer service team and look forward to providing better customer service.
